I’ve been listening to The Chemical Brothers for a long time. Ever since they were The Dust Brothers, actually. This song was an instant favorite and was released in 1999 on their album, Surrender. On a side note, I would listen to their album Exit Planet Dust while trying to fall asleep. At the tipping point, right between consciousness and slumber, some of their songs just fit that moment.
I’m still listening to Matt Nathanson this week. My son loves “Mission Bells” as well. My 18 month old daughter dances to the song. We are all liking Capital Cities “Safe and Sound.”
If you head over to the Capital Cities website, you can get a free download and check out their music for yourself. Enjoy!
I’ve been a fan for a while and I’m definitely liking this song!
In other news, I’m working on a new Lunch Hour Revolution Post. It’s still in progress, because the project is still in progress (actually 2 projects and 2 posts). I also have a new tool I’m using for helping the creative process. That will be a post in itself and I’m using it to generate posts for the “Idea Station” page. I’m super excited for it!
